We have essentially completed the building and it is now in use for section meetings.

Funding Reassessment

Now we have firm prices in for most of the work required to build the new scouting centre, we have reassessed the total sum we need to raise. The new target is slightly higher at £323,000. However, as you will see from the "thermometer", the fundraising is proceeding well and we are awaiting the results of a number of grant applications.

Fundraising latest

We have just received a grant of another £5,000 from the Henry Smith Charity - this brings to total donated from this source to £10,000. The Quiz held on 28th March raised an impressive £959.
