Funding Reassessment
Now we have firm prices in for most of the work required to build the new scouting centre, we have reassessed the total sum we need to raise. The new target is slightly higher at £320,000. However, as you will see from the "thermometer", the fundraising is proceeding well and we are awaiting the results of a number of grant applications.
Fundraising latest
We have been awarded a grant of £20,000 from the Thomas Flack Trust Fund, which is adminstered by Mole Valley District Council. This fund is dedicated to supporting projects of general benefit to the inhabitants of Ashtead, Leatherhead, Fetcham and Bookham - see Mole Valley's website for more details.

Easy Fundraising!
Raise funds and save money at the same time! Direct your online shopping via the Easyfundraising site and the shop donates a percentage (typically about 1.5 to 2%, but in some cases up to 15%) to your selected cause.
